After interviewing top business leaders, we found that while hard skills are essential, the real drivers of success are critical thinking, problem-solving, learning how to learn, and working well with others. These are the skills that create a flexible, adaptable workforce that thrives in any environment.

Over the past eleven years, we've trained over 1,000 students across industries like microelectronics, network technology, and sales. Employers want workers who can learn fast, solve problems, and make smart decisions. Our courses focus on these essential skills, using data to track progress and deliver measurable results. We help employees earn promotions, raises, and better jobs, while building stronger teams for employers.

James Perly

James Perly

James has been a mentor, lecturer and teacher since 1998. He is the principle designer of our curriculums and until recently was a part-time professor at Canadore College. He's taught at many universities such as Queens and UofT, as well as run workshops for top Canadian businesses.

David Beck

David Beck

Dave designs our LMS and learning experiences, and trains teams in AI skills. He co-founded a degree program at the University of Warwick and created a digital literacy certificate that trained over 2,000 students and businesses. He has delivered training to groups of all sizes in academic and corporate settings internationally.

Natasha Nesrine

Natasha Nesrine

Natasha is a co-active coach and enthusiastic educator who's been helping people apply design thinking principles in their lives since 2013. Her passion for professional development has grown through teaching learning strategy and positive psychology at Ryerson University.
